Medical Field Supervisor – Aesthetic Injectables

About the role

E&E Pharmaceuticals is expanding its aesthetic injectables business in the UAE and seeks an experienced Medical Field Supervisor to lead and support its field sales team. The role combines commercial performance management with hands‑on field execution across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and support Medical Sales Representatives throughout the UAE.
• Drive sales performance and ensure effective coverage of aesthetic clinics and injector accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians and licensed injectors.
• Support product promotion, account development, order generation, payment collection and customer follow‑up.
• Accompany representatives on field visits to ensure consistent execution of the sales strategy.
• Monitor territory performance, customer activity, competitor movements and market opportunities.
• Ensure accurate reporting, account management and collection follow‑up.
• Assist with product launches, workshops, congresses and injector engagement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE aesthetic market.
• Proven work with aesthetic clinics and injectors, including promotion of dermal fillers, skin boosters, collagen biostimulators or botulinum toxins.
• Strong field knowledge across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Experience in direct sales, order and payment collection from clinics.
• Previous supervisory or senior field‑sales experience preferred.
• Based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
