Medical Representative – Compounding Pharmacy Products

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Medical Representative to promote our compounding pharmacy products and customized formulations to physicians and clinics across the UAE. You will act as the primary link between our pharmacy and healthcare providers, driving product adoption and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote compounding pharmacy products and customized formulations to physicians and clinics.
• Conduct regular clinic visits and medical detailing to explain the benefits of compounded medications.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
• Generate prescriptions and expand RX Plus presence within clinics.
• Identify new clinics and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on market needs and competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field.
• 2–5 years experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the UAE healthcare market.
• Experience promoting products to Dermatologists, Aesthetic Medicine Physicians, Gynecologists, Endocrinologists, Anti‑aging/Functional Medicine doctors, and General Practitioners.
• Background in dermatology, hormone therapy, aesthetics, peptides, or wellness products is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills with physicians.
• Target‑driven with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license.
