Medical Representative – Dubai & Sharjah

About the role

Claus Marsh LTD is seeking a Medical Representative to promote BlumActive, a probiotic brand, across New Dubai and Sharjah. You will work directly with doctors and pharmacies to increase product visibility and prescriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit GPs, gynecologists, pediatricians and gastroenterologists in polyclinics and hospitals to build a prescriber base for BlumActive.
• Visit pharmacies in the assigned territory to ensure product placement, obtain pharmacist recommendations, set up promotional stands and manage orders.
• Maintain a fixed portfolio of roughly 150 contacts, following a two‑week visit cycle and recording every interaction in the CRM system.
• Submit weekly reports; performance is measured by pharmacy sell‑out in the territory.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical representative in the UAE, with established relationships in Dubai polyclinic chains.
• Experience with OTC, nutrition or probiotic products is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Fluent English; additional Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Tagalog is a plus.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage and field planning.
