Medical Representative – Obesity Business Unit

About the role

As a Medical Representative in the Obesity Business Unit, you will bring Novo Nordisk’s obesity strategy to life across Dubai and the North‑East region of the UAE. You will engage specialists, physicians and pharmacies in scientifically‑grounded conversations, helping them access the information and support needed to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Novo Nordisk obesity products to specialists, physicians, pharmacies and distributors.
• Plan and conduct visits to existing and new customers, presenting accurate product information and addressing their needs.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate Novo Nordisk products and services.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and report adverse events or product quality issues in line with regulatory requirements.
• Build trusted relationships and translate customer insights into territory actions that drive sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to quickly learn complex scientific information and communicate it clearly.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong business acumen and data‑driven decision making.
• Confident communication and influencing skills, adaptable to different stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and ownership of territory performance.
