Medical Representative – Pharma Field Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative will act as the bridge between a leading British multinational pharmaceutical company and healthcare professionals in Al Ain. You will promote the company’s products, support physicians and pharmacists with scientific information, and help improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare practitioners (HCPs) to discuss disease management using company products.
• Provide product samples, scientific literature, and clinical trial data to support informed decisions.
• Gather feedback from key opinion leaders and relay market insights to the manager and marketing team.
• Maintain product listings in assigned accounts and monitor stock, consumption, and ordering processes.
• Organise audiovisual activities and report on HCP visits, sales, market threats, and opportunities.
• Develop short‑term action plans, update customer segmentation, and create new advocates aligned with customer priorities.
• Collaborate with similar role holders, medical, marketing, finance, HR, and platform departments.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy or related pharmaceutical field.
• 6‑12 months of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Good knowledge of the Al Ain healthcare market.
• Valid UAE residency and driving licence.
• Strong communication and digital proficiency.
