Medical Sales Representative – Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals

About the role

New Country Healthcare is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join its Medical Marketing team. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promote a portfolio of healthcare and nutraceutical products, and drive sales performance across an assigned UAE territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with brand priorities, sales targets and customer potential.
• Plan daily and weekly field activities, manage coverage, frequency and prioritisation of healthcare professionals.
• Promote the company’s healthcare and nutraceutical portfolio through accurate scientific product detailing, sampling and educational discussions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, prescribers and key opinion leaders.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and prescribing patterns, and provide field insights to brand and cross‑functional teams.
• Represent the company at scientific congresses, exhibitions and professional education events.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with MOHAP, DHA and company regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals or the healthcare sector within the GCC.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and activity targets.
• Strong scientific and product knowledge with good understanding of UAE healthcare regulations.
• Experience using CRM systems for call planning and reporting.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
