Medical Science Liaison – Oncology

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (Oncology) will act as a scientific bridge between Johnson & Johnson and leading oncology specialists in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Medical Affairs group, the MSL will communicate high‑quality scientific information about the company’s oncology portfolio, support evidence‑based treatment decisions, and help maximize product value.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current with medical and scientific developments in oncology.
• Continuously update knowledge of company products, patient treatment trends, and ongoing clinical studies.
• Develop and maintain a network of leading specialists, including physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific society board members.
• Understand the needs, value drivers, and practical treatment patterns of the specialist community.
• Communicate the value of company products, including formulary discussions, through peer‑to‑peer scientific interactions.

• Strong scientific expertise in oncology.
• Proven ability to discuss complex medical data with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with a defined audience of leading specialists.
