Medical Science Liaison – Pulmonary Hypertension (Gulf)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) for the Gulf region. Based in Dubai, the MSL will act as a scientific bridge between the company and leading healthcare professionals, supporting the Medical Affairs strategy and advancing the company’s PAH portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of medical and scientific developments in PAH.
• Continuously update product knowledge, treatment trends, and clinical study data.
• Develop and sustain a network of leading specialists, including physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific society board members.
• Understand stakeholder needs, treatment patterns, and scientific activities within the therapeutic area.
• Communicate the scientific value of company products, including formulary considerations, on a peer‑to‑peer basis.
• Support short‑term and long‑term Medical Affairs goals through high‑quality scientific interactions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in PAH or related cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
• Experience in scientific communication with healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, treatment guidelines, and market trends.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders.
