Middle QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Middle QA Engineer to own quality across multiple high‑scale eCommerce platforms for a leading retail group in the UAE. You will work on web and mobile applications that integrate payment gateways, loyalty programs, logistics, and SAP‑based ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, combining manual and automated approaches.
• Manage and mentor a small team of QA engineers.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality releases in fast‑paced Agile sprints.
• Oversee integration testing for ERP, payment, logistics, and loyalty systems.
• Execute functional and regression testing across 20+ solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in QA, preferably in eCommerce environments.
• Strong understanding of retail and eCommerce ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
• Web and mobile testing techniques.
• API testing and integration validation.
• ERP (SAP) and payment gateway testing.
• Experience with cloud‑based testing environments.
