Middle/Senior Reviews Specialist

About the role

This remote position focuses on managing and optimizing online reputation workflows across global and regional review platforms. You will create and maintain company profiles, coordinate verification processes, and publish reviews to meet strategic visibility goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create, configure, and maintain company profiles on CIS and global review platforms.
• Manage verification workflows, including domain‑based email setup and profile validation.
• Publish and manage review content according to monthly plans and operational targets.
• Research platform moderation rules, pricing structures, and publication timelines.
• Conduct analytical tests and prepare informational materials for internal teams and clients.
• Maintain operational reporting using Google Sheets, Zoho, and related tools.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of reputation‑management activities.
• Monitor platform updates and moderation trends to improve publication success rates.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience with online reputation or review platforms.
• Strong understanding of CIS and global review websites and moderation processes.
• Experience managing company profiles and verification workflows using domain‑based email systems.
• Ability to organize and publish high volumes of review content accurately.
• English proficiency at B1+ level for international communication.
