Minibar Attendant – In‑Room Dining (F&B Service)

About the role

The Minibar Attendant will ensure that every guest room’s minibar is fully stocked, clean, and ready for use, contributing to the high standards of service expected at InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City.

Key responsibilities

• Raise checks and maintain the minibar register accurately.
• Enter guest rooms to service minibars as required.
• Stock, replace, and inspect minibar items, ensuring they are clean and not expired.
• Maintain daily worksheets tracking minibar stock levels.
• Replenish minibar items and manage pantry par stock, stacking, and cleanliness.
• Raise store requisitions, retrieve stock from the warehouse, and store items in designated storerooms.
• Maintain assigned minibar carts and service floors/rooms promptly.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the shift.
