About the role

Join the iconic Miu Miu boutique in Abu Dhabi as a Client Advisor. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an unforgettable luxury experience that reflects the heritage and innovation of the Prada Group.

Key responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment and place the customer at the centre of every interaction.
Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to personalise future engagements.
Promote an Omni‑Channel mindset, linking in‑store and digital experiences.
Drive cross‑selling across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitors and product knowledge.
Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when needed.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop‑floor presentation and security.

Required profile

Passion for luxury fashion, art and design.
Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
Team player who can also work independently.
