Mortgage Consultant – Dynamic Startup Role

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Mortgage Consultant to join our growing startup in the UAE. The role focuses on providing expert mortgage advice, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage products and solutions that best meet their needs.
• Generate leads, develop new business, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Conduct client meetings, property evaluations, and financial assessments.
• Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure mortgage approvals.
• Stay up-to-date with UAE mortgage regulations, products, and market trends.
• Provide end-to-end support through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up proactively.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations, and processes (preferred).
