Neurology Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Neurology Specialist to deliver expert diagnosis and management of central and peripheral nervous system disorders for both outpatient and inpatient services at our hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurologic care in OPD and IP settings, ensuring high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Oversee the Neuro‑diagnostic Laboratory, including EEG and EMG services, and train technical staff as needed.
• Offer on‑call coverage for neurologic emergencies and participate in monthly educational conferences.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and develop standards of care.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to hospital policies, and perform additional duties assigned by the Medical Director.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an approved school, 1‑year internship, 3‑year residency, and board certification (American Board of Neurology or Royal College of Neurology equivalent).
• Minimum five years of neurologist practice, including at least two years as a licensed specialist.
• Current DHA license to practice Neurology in Dubai and valid licensure in country of origin.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, and commitment to patient confidentiality.
