About the role

The Nurse In Charge – ER will lead the emergency department team at Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park, ensuring safe, compassionate and individualized patient care in line with NMC Healthcare’s vision, mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality emergency care.

Required profile

• Registered nurse with experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
