About the role

This full‑time position is designed for UAE national fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in risk management. You will support the implementation of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework across ADIB Group, focusing initially on incident management and related activities.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Operational Risk Management team in handling operational risk incidents and losses.
Support businesses in identifying and assessing key operational risk exposures in line with ADIB’s ORM framework.
Help manage issues, track actions, and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
Contribute to the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs).
Collect and update operational risk data on the Group’s risk management platform and prepare regular risk profile reports.

Required profile

UAE national fresh graduate with a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Highly self‑motivated, quick learner, and able to collaborate with business stakeholders.
