About the role
The Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager leads a shift‑based team at Amazon’s Dubai site, ensuring orders are processed, packed and dispatched efficiently. You will act as the primary link between operational teams and support functions such as finance, health & safety, and security.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
- Lead operational teams on a shift, resolve issues and drive site performance.
- Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security to align operations.
- Design and deliver initiatives that enhance operational excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality and productivity standards.
