Operations Manager – UTR – Amazon Now

About the role

Amazon Now is looking for an Operations Manager to lead cluster‑level operational indexing and performance tracking for its dark‑store network in the United Arab Emirates. You will build and manage a team that oversees day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring data accuracy and visibility into network health.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to launch and scale dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership.
• Support root‑cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Identify trends and patterns in performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (minimum 24 months).
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Proficiency in data querying or modeling with SQL.
