Order-to-Cash Accountant – Luxury Retail (MEA)

About the role

The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Accountant will join Kering's Finance Shared Services team, supporting luxury retail brands across the MEA region. You will ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth reconciliation of daily store closures while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile daily store closures, shop‑in‑shop and e‑commerce sales.
• Prepare and issue third‑party B2B invoices, including monthly shop‑in‑shop invoicing.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions on a monthly basis.
• Post and review petty‑cash transactions in line with brand finance budgets.
• Perform bank reconciliations for all AR‑related transactions and apply incoming payments.
• Post month‑end journal entries in Blackline and support internal/external audits.
• Generate AR aging reports, assist with DSO and cash‑flow analysis.
• Ensure store compliance with internal financial policies and resolve sales‑related discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in O2C or Accounts Receivable, preferably in a shared‑services or retail environment.
• Experience in luxury retail or consumer goods is a plus.
• Knowledge of MEA regional tax regulations such as VAT.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP O2C.
• Strong Excel and reconciliation abilities.
• Experience using Blackline for month‑end close.
