OT Cybersecurity Lead – Real Estate

About the role

The OT Cybersecurity Lead will drive the design, implementation and assurance of security controls across complex operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure environments within Al-Futtaim's real‑estate portfolio. The role embeds security from architecture through to monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead secure design and architecture for OT environments, integrating best‑practice cybersecurity controls.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk registers and drive mitigation actions to closure.
• Oversee implementation of system hardening, network segmentation, logging and SIEM integration, and vulnerability management.
• Produce high‑quality cybersecurity documentation and support audit and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams and project stakeholders to align on security requirements.

Required profile

• Highly experienced cybersecurity professional with deep OT/ICS domain expertise.
• Proven ability to lead cybersecurity deliverables for large‑scale, high‑complexity projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and industry security standards.
