Outbound Travel Executive – Dubai

About the role

Travel Tricks™ is seeking an experienced Outbound Travel Executive to join its Dubai team. The role involves managing the full outbound travel process, from understanding client needs and preparing itineraries to coordinating with suppliers and finalising bookings. You will work with an international destination management company handling FIT, corporate travel, MICE and global destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound travel enquiries and manage client requirements independently.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable destinations and itineraries.
• Prepare quotations, travel proposals and customised packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other travel suppliers.
• Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outbound travel.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations and international itineraries.
• Ability to manage clients independently from enquiry to booking.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of travel systems, suppliers and online travel platforms.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent sales, follow‑up and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Professional, confident and customer‑focused approach.
