About the role
Prima Pay is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to expand its merchant network across the UAE. You will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and promoting the company’s POS payment and merchant‑acquiring solutions through direct, field‑based sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective merchants in the UAE market.
- Conduct on‑site visits, product demonstrations and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of outdoor or field sales experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Experience in fintech, POS, payments or merchant acquiring is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
