Outlet Manager

About the role

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the operation of its food and beverage outlets. The role involves ensuring professional, profitable service while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality, safety and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a professional and profitable operation of the outlet in line with hotel standards.
• Identify training needs with the hotel training manager and develop and deliver training programmes for department staff.
• Support departmental trainers and implement a daily training programme to improve service levels.
• Achieve departmental budget goals by driving sales revenue and controlling costs.
• Accurately forecast business demand to optimise staffing and food production.
• Oversee all accounting and billing procedures for the outlet.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for the outlet in collaboration with hotel management.
• Promote and support Anantara Guest Incentive programmes.
• Schedule management and associate staff, supervising the time‑control system.
• Conduct associate reviews, appraisals and progressive‑discipline coaching.
• Maintain outlet safety, sanitation and asset management, including regular preventative maintenance inspections.
• Coordinate with the Banqueting department to support functions and foster inter‑departmental communication.
