Outlet Manager – Pai Thai Restaurant

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of Pai Thai, the signature Thai restaurant located in Jumeirah Al Qasr. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the role ensures seamless service, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to Jumeirah’s luxury standards from September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise all day‑to‑day activities of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching and constructive feedback to team members to support their development.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and address concerns promptly.
• Implement and monitor Food & Beverage standards, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Control costs, manage inventory and oversee cash handling procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing food‑and‑beverage outlets, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large service teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service expectations.
