Overheads Controlling Manager – MENA

About the role

Danone MENA is seeking an Overheads Controlling Manager for the MENA region, based in Dubai. The role will organize and mobilise people, processes and tools to deliver timely overheads reporting, payroll verification and accurate rolling forecasts in a volatile business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Approve monthly payroll and ensure accurate overheads data.
• Prepare and circulate a monthly overheads dashboard with YTD comparison to prior year and rolling forecast.
• Build overheads bridge analyses and perform magnitude reporting for schedules in scope.
• Upload Essbase data for forecasts and collaborate with HR to keep people‑cost data up‑to‑date.
• Circulate monthly travel & expense reports to CODI and manage the monthly closing process for overheads.
• Approve purchase orders for non‑personnel costs and handle yearly X‑charges for hosted teams.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on IS/IT costs to ensure legitimacy.
• Identify productivity opportunities and track value creation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of finance controlling experience in a multinational FMCG environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High reliability, agility, initiative, resilience, integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional, volatile, multicultural setting.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
