About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Psychology Teacher to join our centre in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering engaging, individualized tutoring sessions to help students improve their understanding of psychology and related subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group tutoring in psychology and core academic subjects.
• Assist students with homework, fostering effective study habits and time‑management skills.
• Monitor and assess student progress, communicating updates to the Centre Manager and parents.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports after each session, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
• Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance to build confidence and resilience.
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager and staff to align tutoring strategies with overall teaching objectives.
• Engage with parents to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions provided by the company.
• Conduct interactive tutoring sessions both in‑person and online, maintaining a positive learning environment.
