Partner Sales Director – Middle East (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Partner Sales Director for the Middle East, based in the UAE. The role will drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue for ClickHouse across the region, working closely with field sales and strategic partners such as system integrators, ISVs and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve a revenue quota for partner‑generated bookings across Middle Eastern markets.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to embed partners into account strategies and deal cycles.
• Develop and execute joint sales motions, account plans and demand‑generation campaigns with SIs, FSIs, ISVs and channel partners.
• Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, reporting and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify, onboard and grow strategic SI and ISV partnerships, defining joint go‑to‑market plays and delivery frameworks.
• Work with product, solutions engineering and marketing teams to support partner‑led projects and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Serve as the voice of the Middle Eastern partner ecosystem, providing feedback to shape ClickHouse’s partner strategy.
