About the role

We are looking for a Partnerships Account Manager to join our Motors team, focusing on the Car Sales segment. In this role you will build and nurture relationships with auto dealers and business owners, helping them grow through Dubizzle’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto dealers and key stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, face‑to‑face meetings and lead generation.
  • Sell Dubizzle’s value‑added advertising products and subscription packages to new and existing clients.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets (value & volume).
  • Onboard and train clients to ensure they fully leverage the platform.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to improve listing visibility and results.
  • Monitor client account health and quality metrics, ensuring best practices and optimal platform usage.
  • Proactively manage client expectations to deliver an outstanding Dubizzle experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize ROI from their listings.

Required profile

  • 2‑5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in B2B sales.
  • Experience in online or digital sales is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and/or Urdu a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Confident negotiator with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Dubizzle or similar online marketplaces is an advantage.
