Part‑Time Receptionist / Guest Relations for UAE Nationals

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting Al Futtaim Automotive’s service centre or showroom, delivering a warm welcome, guiding them to the appropriate executive and ensuring a seamless, memorable customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for all visitors to the service centre/showroom.
• Welcome, guide and connect customers to the right executive without delay.
• Deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience, from arrival to departure.
• Provide a courteous send‑off, ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory).
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
• Customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, preferably Excel.
• High school diploma or higher.

• Microsoft Excel
