About the role
We are seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers throughout their airport journey, ensuring a smooth, courteous, and efficient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check‑in and boarding procedures.
- Verify travel documents and provide relevant information.
- Handle passenger enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support boarding gates, flight information displays, and passenger flow.
- Assist passengers requiring special assistance.
- Coordinate with airport teams as needed.
- Address passenger concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of service and communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in airport, airline, hospitality or customer‑service roles is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good computer and documentation skills; UAE experience preferred.
