About the role
The Patient Administration Executive will be the first point of contact for patients at Sunny Medical Center Al Nahda, ensuring smooth registration, insurance verification, and communication with clinical and billing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, direct them to appropriate departments, and provide routine hospital information.
- Register new patients, verify insurance coverage and eligibility, and maintain accurate insurance records.
- Handle patient queries regarding claims, approvals, co‑payments and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk, billing, and clinical staff to ensure correct documentation and coding (ICD & CDT) for billing.
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly, manage complaints professionally, and uphold confidentiality and infection‑control policies.
Required profile
- College Diploma in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with patients, staff, and management.
