Pediatric Home Nurse – Private Family, Dubai

About the role

A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced Pediatric Home Nurse to provide comprehensive medical care and daily wellness support for four children, including those with chronic conditions such as Type 1 Diabetes and epilepsy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Type 1 Diabetes care: CGM monitoring, insulin administration, carbohydrate counting, and accurate medical documentation.
• Support epilepsy care: administer medication, monitor seizures, and respond to emergencies.
• Monitor overall health, administer prescribed medicines, and coordinate medical appointments.
• Plan and oversee healthy nutrition and diabetic meal preparation.
• Prepare medical supplies for school and travel, and accompany the family on international trips when required.
• Provide childcare support while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and professional environment.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
• Minimum 5 years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Proven experience managing children with Type 1 Diabetes.
• Experience with epilepsy management is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in private households or VIP families is an advantage.
