People & Culture Executive - UAE National

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking multiple People & Culture Executives to support its network of schools across the UAE. The role provides generalist HR support throughout the employee lifecycle for assigned schools and clusters, acting as the first point of contact for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll cycles, validate attendance, process new joiners, terminations and salary revisions in Oracle.
• Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate letters, manage clearance and exit processes, and track performance evaluations.
• Assist recruitment activities including CV screening, offer processing, reference checks and organising recruitment events.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, MOHRE/ICP applications, visa processes and induction sessions.
• Support employee relations cases, investigations and disciplinary matters in line with UAE labour law.
• Prepare regular HR reports, maintain confidential records and respond to data requests.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR, preferably in education or hospitality.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law, payroll processes and HR systems such as Oracle Fusion.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Professional discretion, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and travel within the cluster as needed.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.
