People & Organization Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Foreground LLC is expanding its People & Organisation Consulting practice and is looking for an experienced consultant to join on a contract basis. The role is remote, supporting clients across diverse industries with strategic people and organisational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on organisational effectiveness, people strategy and structural alignment, delivering diagnostics and actionable road‑maps.
• Design and refine organisational structures, role frameworks, workforce architectures and capability maps.
• Develop performance, talent, succession and leadership frameworks and support culture transformation initiatives.
• Create or uplift people policies, governance models and conduct compliance and risk assessments.
• Lead or support people‑focused transformation projects, including restructuring, integration and change management, ensuring high‑quality documentation and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, advisory, organisational development or people‑strategy roles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical capability with experience conducting organisational diagnostics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
