Performance Marketing Executive – Automotive

About the role

Join the Volkswagen team at AL Nabooda Automobiles as a Performance Marketing Executive, driving digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and support the brand’s commercial objectives across new‑car, certified pre‑owned and aftersales segments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display and other channels for new cars, certified pre‑owned and aftersales.
• Develop marketing content such as social media posts, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emailers, landing pages and bilingual (English/Arabic) communications in line with Volkswagen brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, track lead generation, ensure timely routing of qualified leads and follow‑up.
• Manage campaign budgets, prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
• Coordinate with internal showroom teams, agencies, media partners and vendors to ensure successful execution and support events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, preferably in automotive, retail or consumer‑focused sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
