Personal Assistant to Founder – Remote (MENA)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to support the founder of a fast‑moving Dubai‑based agency. This fully remote position serves a high‑responsibility environment, requiring discretion, swift decision‑making, and the ability to manage a wide range of personal and professional logistics across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate personal travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, restaurant reservations, and detailed itineraries.
• Manage personal scheduling such as medical appointments, fitness sessions, grooming, and other lifestyle commitments.
• Handle visa renewals, residency documentation, licenses, and other administrative requirements proactively.
• Oversee household operations, liaising with vendors, maintenance teams, deliveries, installations, and property communications.
• Execute personal errands, sourcing requests, returns, exchanges, and gift procurement.
• Communicate with external stakeholders including accountants, lawyers, building management, concierge services, and vendors.
• Respond to time‑sensitive and last‑minute logistical requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate calendar management across different time zones and anticipate problems before they arise.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience supporting a founder, executive, entrepreneur, or C‑level professional.
• Availability across Dubai and European time zones.
• Polished, professional appearance with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work autonomously, make confident decisions quickly, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
