Personal Fitness Trainer

About the role

Project Reshape is seeking a full‑time Personal Fitness Trainer to join its elite coaching team in Dubai. You will design and deliver customized training programs, assess client fitness levels, and guide individuals toward sustainable, results‑driven transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop individualized workout plans based on assessments and client goals.
• Lead one‑to‑one and small‑group training sessions, demonstrating proper technique.
• Provide corrective exercise guidance to minimise injury risk.
• Track progress and adjust programs for injury recovery, performance enhancement, or general fitness.
• Educate clients on lifestyle habits that support their objectives.
• Maintain a professional training environment and collaborate with fellow coaches.
• Manage client communication, schedule sessions, and adapt plans to flexible hours.

Required profile

• Certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent) with CPR/First Aid certification.
• Proven experience as a personal trainer or strength‑and‑conditioning coach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
