Pharmacist – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Pharmacist will join Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital, a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Abu Dhabi’s Northern Emirates, and will be part of the M42 network. This position is aimed at UAE nationals who want to contribute to community health while advancing their pharmacy career within a leading healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pharmaceutical operations including medication preparation, verification, compounding, packaging, labeling, dispensing and delivery.
• Review physicians’ prescriptions, identify potential drug interactions and ensure therapeutic compatibility.
• Verify medication orders, PBM approvals and billing charges for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient medication records and confidential pharmacy documentation.
• Support inventory management, controlled‑drug monitoring and removal of expired or damaged stock.
• Participate in clinical pharmacy programs, quality‑improvement projects, research activities and patient‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor in Pharmacy.
• Active UAE pharmacist licence.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medication management and patient‑safety practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
