Pharmacist – Hospital/Clinic Pharmacy

About the role

Pharmalight is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its Dubai team, delivering professional and cost‑effective pharmaceutical services to patients and the public. The role focuses on ensuring patient safety, adhering to regulatory standards, and supporting the overall healthcare mission of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications with accurate labeling and provide clear usage, dosage, and safety instructions.
• Maintain medication stock levels and storage practices in the pharmacy and wards according to company standards and best practice.
• Ensure accurate patient billing processes are followed for all pharmaceutical services.

Required profile

• B.Pharm degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital or clinic pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with JCIA standards for pharmacies, patient experience principles, and stock control management.
• Understanding of the UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Implementation of JCIA standards within pharmacy operations.
• Effective stock control and inventory management.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance procedures.
