Physiotherapist I – Emirati Talent

About the role

Healthpoint, a multi‑specialty hospital in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Physiotherapist I to evaluate and treat patients referred for physiotherapy. The role involves designing individualized therapeutic programs and monitoring progress across a wide range of clinical conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological and functional needs.
• Develop and deliver personalized physiotherapy plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, post‑operative and complex rehabilitation cases.
• Set patient‑centered goals and collaborate with patients, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adjust treatment plans based on response and recovery trends, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Utilise evidence‑based practice and outcome measures to track progress.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, post‑treatment care and long‑term mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation, billing and reporting in line with hospital standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology and physiotherapy practice across the lifespan.
• Ability to recognise and fulfil responsibilities within a patient’s plan of care.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
