Pool Manager – Luxury Desert Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Pool Manager to oversee daily pool operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our new desert oasis in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the pool area and amenities.
• Plan and execute poolside parties and events, coordinating logistics, staffing, catering, and entertainment.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries, complaints, special requests, and VIP services with discretion.
• Enforce pool safety rules, conduct regular safety drills, and maintain accurate operational and incident records.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role at a four‑ or five‑star hotel in the UAE/GCC market.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage VIP guest requests and special services.
