Pre-qualification Officer (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are looking for a Pre‑qualification Officer to support our Oil & Gas operations by managing vendor and client pre‑qualification processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and organize applications and supporting documentation from potential vendors or clients.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure all requirements are met and documentation is complete.
• Maintain and archive pre‑qualification records, update databases with qualification statuses and track progress.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering and sales teams to gather specific requirements for evaluations.
• Conduct initial assessments of submissions using company checklists and prepare draft reports for internal review.
• Verify compliance of all submissions with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and oil & gas industry requirements.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
