Price and Promotions Client Lead

About the role

dunnhumby is seeking a Price and Promotions Client Lead to join its Dubai team. You will act as the primary liaison between dunnhumby and a key retail client, driving the implementation of price and promotion strategies that align with the client’s annual Statement of Work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute price and promotion plans that deliver measurable ROI for the client.
• Maintain and grow the client relationship, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment with the Customer First strategy.
• Collaborate with retailers and manufacturers to embed customer insights into pricing and promotional processes.
• Track performance against agreed objectives and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and promote dunnhumby solutions and services.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a client‑lead or capability role within price and promotions.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial value through solution sales.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work with both retail and manufacturing partners.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
