Primary EYFS Teacher (Starting Jan 2027)

About the role

Harrow International School Dubai is building its inaugural campus and is looking for a passionate Primary EYFS Teacher to join the founding team from January 2027. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality early years education within the Harrow values framework, fostering a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that promote intellectual rigour, creativity and curiosity.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and strengths of each child.
• Establish a purposeful, inclusive classroom culture with high expectations for independence and learning.
• Maintain a well‑resourced, orderly learning environment that reflects Harrow’s standards of excellence.
• Implement formative and summative assessment practices to monitor progress and inform planning.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods and appropriate technology to enhance learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with relevant EYFS credentials and experience in primary education.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced child protection screening, including background, police and overseas checks.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Alignment with Harrow’s values of courage, honour, humility and fellowship.
