Primary Inclusion Teacher (Start Oct 2026)

About the role

We are seeking an outstanding Primary Inclusion Teacher to join GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha in Dubai from October 2026. The role focuses on supporting students with additional learning needs in the primary curriculum, ensuring they can fully access learning and develop confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with class teachers to adapt lessons and provide differentiated instruction for students with SEND.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans in line with the National Curriculum for England.
• Work closely with families and the wider inclusion team to monitor progress and adjust support.
• Promote an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and personal growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and primary classroom practice.
• Experience supporting students with additional learning needs in a primary setting.

Required skills

• Understanding of inclusive teaching strategies, differentiation and personalised learning.
