Private Client Advisor – Luxury Property Leasing

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Advisor to join LuxuryProperty.com’s leasing division in Dubai. The advisor will guide high‑net‑worth clients through the rental of prime and super‑prime residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on leasing options for luxury residential properties.
• Conduct high‑quality property viewings and convert leads into successful rentals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Provide expert insight into Dubai’s luxury rental market.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up regularly.
• Represent LuxuryProperty.com to the highest professional standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, leasing or customer service.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Results‑oriented, target‑driven mindset.
• Valid driving licence and professional appearance.
• Proactive, confident and adaptable personality.
• Ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
