Procurement Buyer – UAE Citizens (Dubai)

About the role

The Procurement Buyer will join SEGULA Technologies in Dubai, reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Project Manager. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, cost control and supplier management to support the company’s engineering projects across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Control costs through effective price analysis and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, UAE regulations and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• UAE citizen (Emirati) holding a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation abilities and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with procurement software.
