Procurement Manager – Logistics & Industrial Projects

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for logistics and industrial development projects across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with International Development, Business Development and Asset Management teams to deliver cost-effective and compliant sourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for new pipeline and renovation projects in the logistics & industrial sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define procurement needs, timelines and align with project schedules.
• Manage vendor development, tendering, bidding processes and contract negotiations.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with local regulations, company policies and cost targets.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement management within logistics, industrial or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local procurement regulations in the Middle East and other target regions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with international development and business teams.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
