Produced Water Treatment Technology Specialist (IGF, NSF & Hydrocyclone)

About the role

The Produced Water Treatment Technology Specialist will provide expert technical knowledge for IGF, NSF and Hydrocyclone solutions across regional projects and tenders. The role supports technology development, product line improvement and training of regional engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Offer specialist knowledge to regional P&L center projects, tenders and technology development work.
• Develop products and solutions aligned with local and international market needs together with the APT Manager.
• Support business development in client meetings and create competitive technical offers that minimise liability risk.
• Deliver timely, high‑quality responses to clients, P&L centers and technology development projects.
• Execute feasibility studies, conceptual designs and process studies for the assigned discipline.
• Identify process problems, recommend improvements and stay informed on competitor technologies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical/process engineering, specifically in separation and produced water projects in the Middle East.
• Proven autonomy in leading technical studies, HAZOP and SIL participation, and troubleshooting.
• Professional English writing skills.

Required skills

• Process simulation tools: HYSYS, UNSIM, Flaresim.
• HAZOP and SIL study participation.
• Troubleshooting of water treatment processes.
• Deep technical knowledge of IGF, NSF and Hydrocyclone technologies.
