Product Designer – AI‑Native GTM Platform

About the role

We are building an AI‑native go‑to‑market platform that empowers revenue teams to win faster. As a founding Product Designer you will shape the product language, interaction model and visual identity for this new category of B2B software.

Key responsibilities

• Define the interaction model, creative standards, feedback loops and taste system for AI‑generated work.
• Design core product surfaces and flows, including asset creation, AI output review, editing tools, and brand‑guidance management.
• Elevate visual quality by refining layouts, hierarchy, typography, spacing, empty states and generated assets.
• Develop reusable components and design patterns that enable rapid product evolution without visual clutter.
• Collaborate closely with senior design, product and engineering teams to ship high‑impact features.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing complex software products in early‑stage or ambiguous environments.
• Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for creating delightful, high‑quality B2B experiences.
